Chasing Tables

After training under two James Beard award-winning-chefs in some of the most acclaimed and important restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, Jordan Taylor, a Sioux Falls native, returned to his home state of South Dakota and opened a string of successful restaurants. His rise in the Sioux Falls culinary scene appears to be an unmitigated success. His story, however, is much more interesting than that.
